1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
300 grams cottage cheese
5-6 teaspoons refined oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
4 serving spoons curd
18 cashews (grounded)
1 small piece grounded cinnamon
2 pieces bay leaf
2 pieces cardamom
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder (spice mixture)
1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
2 serving spoons poppy seeds, soaked for 4 hours
Chopped coriander
Salt to taste
1. Cut all bell peppers into small squares. Keep half red pepper aside (optional, to use for decoration.)
2. Cut the cottage cheese into squares and fry it in a pan.
3. Once the cottage cheese is slightly browned, add 2 spoons of refined oil in the pan. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, and stir.
4. Next, add ground cashews and poppy seeds and fry.
5. Next, add turmeric, coriander, chili powder, dried fenugreek leaves, salt, and curd.
6. Cook it for a while on low flame, then add bell peppers, paneer, and mix.
7. Serve hot with an Indian naan or enjoy it alone!
