15 minutes
1 cup boiled corn
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup cashew nut paste
1/2 cup tomato, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 pieces cloves
1 small cinnamon
1 bay leaf
1 cardamom
1/2 cup cream or 1 cup milk
Ginger and green chili paste
Salt to taste
1. Heat the butter and add 2 cloves, 1 small cinnamon piece, 1 medium bay leaf, and 1 teaspoon ginger-green chili paste.
2. Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum and sauté until soft.
3. Now add boiled corn, cook for 10 minutes, and then add cream or milk as per personal choice, along with garam masala and salt to taste.
4. Cook for another 5 mins and serve hot.
