We are constantly working to enhance the security of our site and provide you with peace of mind knowing that your information is safe. That is why we are updating some of our systems and giving an updated look to the same beloved GetSetUp.
Welcome To The Lobby
The Lobby is our newest launching platform for launching Zoom. Our engineers have worked hard to create the Lobby as a secure and unique waiting space for learners to join prior to class. Here learners can read through the class objectives of the day, gain some insights into the Guides and soon be able to chat with other learners prior to the start of class and after the Guide has ended the class.
Once it becomes available, this chat feature will be open and live throughout the class as well as 30 minutes after the class has ended. If a learner leaves or comes into the Lobby after the class has been in session for 15 minutes they will need to contact support directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +1-(888)-559-1614 (USA) to gain access to the Zoom password to be let in.
Entrance to the Lobby is limited to registered and logged-in users. This allows us to ensure only Learners who are supposed to be in class are let in, and keeps out any spammers/Zoom bombers.
One Time Password (OTP)
New learners -- those who have not booked a class on GetSetUp before June 1, 2021 -- will be required to put in their phone numbers as an additional layer of security for our community using a popular security mechanism called a One Time Password (OTP).
A One Time Password (OTP) is a 4-digit number automatically generated to be used for a single login attempt to your account. When you sign up for a new GetSetUp account, you will be asked for your name, email address, and mobile phone number. You will then be sent an OTP code to your mobile phone via text message. Simply enter the 4-digit number you receive in your text message and enter it in the space provided on the GetSetUp sign-up screen. Press the “Done” button. And that’s it...you are on your way to great learning adventures!
This code will keep you logged into your account for 90 days. After 90 days you will be prompted to login again and a new OTP code will be sent to you to continue the login process. Also, if you manually log out of your account before the 90 day period is over, you will need a new OTP code to safely log back into your account.
Your phone number is only visible to you and our login system for the purpose of entering GetSetUp. We do not share your information with other users, guides or any other entity.
Members who have had an account and password prior to June of 2021 will continue to log in using their email and password alone. GetSetUp provides an Email login option for such members, just click the “I use Email to Log in” link in the login prompt.
Please note, some Learners previously accessed GetSetUp classes with just an email address, without entering a password and logging into a GetSetUp account. These learners will be prompted to complete registering their account using their Email addresses when they click the “I use Email to Log in” option. Once they complete the process, they will be able to continue logging in with Email and enjoying all that GetSetUp has to offer. Or, they can contact GetSetUp Support to help create a password directly for them in their accounts.
