The company offers Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), clubs that showcase their diversity and the community feel that they have as a firm. These include groups for Veterans, women, and minorities, just to name a few.

Another company priority is community stewardship, and they give every professional eight hours of volunteer time paid per year.

"A few of my teammates have donated time by working at animal shelters or walking dogs, being a companion for the animals for a day. You can help out at food shelters, maybe even community shelters. I got the chance to work with our Habitat for Humanity, building a house."
